Paper legend inside case reads: 20lb Salmon was killed in the river Ogwen in Penrhyn Park on 10th October 1894 by Mr W. A. Dew of Wellfield Bagnor on 12’ cane rod by Leonard together with the March Brown Fly and Fine Trout Tackle attached to it.
